Kennedy’s Mobile Notary was founded by Kennedy Roberts. Kennedy Roberts went to Lamar University in Texas for Business Administration and Management. Along with being an experienced and qualified notary, Kennedy is also a paralegal in the fields of civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense. Kennedy is a Certified Loan Signing Agent with the National Notary Association and has received extensive training in loan signings through Colorado Notary Solution and Soroka. Kennedy is commissioned through the State of Colorado as a Notary Public and is insured through the National Notary Association. He is also a member of the Alternate Defense Counsel of Colorado, and has complete training and experience in the Office of Alternate Defense Counsel of Paralegal Training, Adobe Acrobat Workshop through the Office of Alternate Defense Counsel, Office of Alternate Defense Counsel Adobe and E-Trail Notebook Training, and Investigators and Social Workers & Sentencing Advocates’ Training.
Kennedy’s Mobile Notary has experience in collecting, compiling and verifying documents from property owners. Kennedy specializes in verifying the identity of borrowers and obtaining signatures for the documents in person. He assists the loan procedures for property purchase and scheduling appointments for clients. Kennedy is experienced and trained in maintaining records, performing data entry and matching signatures on documents. He delivers documents to the borrower and obtains signatures and initials. Kennedy acts as a neutral third-party observer to ensure transparency and honesty during the notarization process. Kennedy is experienced to verify borrower’s ID’s and complete all required paperwork. He specializes in notarizing documents for closing transactions and assists with the client identity verification for purchase transactions and real estate closings. Kennedy ensures the top level of customer service to answer questions of clients and follow all established procedures.
